Service & Operations
Three things to get right for the long run
No slogans — just three things made clear: who it's for and what it solves, how routes are arranged, and where to check first when things stall.
Who it's for
Built for people who need reliable access to international sites: cross-border work, research, AI tools, streaming. Plans are tiered by data allowance, with monthly subscriptions and data packs both available, no device limit, and phones and computers usable at the same time.
Choosing a route
Routes are grouped by region and purpose: common destinations such as Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and the US use paths with fewer detours, and streaming and AI tools are labelled separately. When choosing, first check which region your target service is in, then switch between backup routes in the same region and compare.
Troubleshooting
If you can't connect, work through these in order: switch to another route in the same region, change protocol, restart the client, check system permissions. If it still won't connect, open a ticket in the user panel with your client platform, route region, the time it happened and the exact error text.
