FAQ and troubleshooting order
Four separate sections: account and subscription, connection and troubleshooting, speed and routes, billing and refunds. Each one says what to check first, what a normal result looks like, and what to do next; prices and refund windows match the numbers on the plans page and refund policy.

Account & Subscription
6 itemsDo I need an email address to register?
No. A username and password are all it takes; after registering, log in to the dashboard to see your plan and subscription details. There is no email step, so the dashboard is available right away.
Where do I get the subscription link?
Log in to the dashboard and look under Overview and Downloads, then copy it into your client to import. Marketing pages never list static subscription URLs — each link is tied to an account, so on a new device just log in again and copy it once more.
Does the subscription link need regular updates?
Not normally. Copy it again from the dashboard after changing plans, after a data reset, or when your client reports that every server has failed. Delete the old profile in your client before importing so two profiles don't overwrite each other.
Do I have to buy again when I switch devices?
No. One account covers unlimited devices and works on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux at the same time. Sign in on the new device and pull your subscription — no extra charge.
Can one account be shared with other people?
Technically an account can be installed on several devices, but a subscription link works like a credential: once shared, other people's traffic counts against your plan. For multiple users, each person should register separately — no email address required, just a username and password.
What if I forget my password?
The login page has a recovery entry point; follow the prompts. If recovery doesn't work, open a ticket in the dashboard with your username and the date of your last payment so account ownership can be verified.
Connection & Troubleshooting
6 itemsThe client says connected but pages won't load — what do I check first?
Three steps in order: first open the IP lookup page to confirm your exit IP has actually changed; then check whether only one app is failing, since per-app and system proxy settings both matter; finally switch to another route and retest. That narrows it down to the account, the app, or the route.
Why does a particular app ignore the proxy?
Three common causes: the app has its own network stack and ignores the system proxy, so enable global or TUN mode in the client; the app relies on UDP and the selected route doesn't support it; the app checks IP location, as some banking and streaming apps do — for those, try a route in another region.
No servers in the client after importing the subscription?
First make sure the subscription link was copied in full — a truncated tail is the most common cause. Then check whether the client version is too old or doesn't support that subscription format. Finally verify the system clock: a large time offset makes the encrypted handshake fail outright.
The connection spins forever or times out?
Switch to another route to rule out the route itself; confirm your local network doesn't block UDP; close any other proxy or security software still running; on desktop, restart the client's network extension. On macOS, also confirm the network extension permission in System Settings is still valid.
Can't connect after the computer wakes from sleep?
After wake-up the network extension has to re-initialize: disconnect and reconnect in the client first, and if that fails, quit the client and open it again. If this happens often, set the client to launch at login so the tunnel comes up once the system is ready.
Same account behaves differently on two devices?
The difference usually comes from the local network and system settings: international uplink quality varies between ISPs, system proxy and per-app proxy toggles differ, and mismatched client versions add their own variation. Retest both devices on the same route first, then decide whether it's the device or the network.
Speed & Routes
6 itemsWhat to do about slowdowns at peak hours?
Change route type first: IEPL dedicated and relay routes hold up better than direct connections at peak hours. Next, avoid regions with poor interconnection to your local ISP and pick nearby Japan, Hong Kong, or Singapore. Finally, confirm your plan's data isn't used up. The server page lists routes by region and type, so you can swap them one by one.
How do I pick a route for each use case?
For streaming, pick a region marked as supported for that platform; for AI tools, pick a direct or dedicated route; for everyday browsing, pick a nearby region with low latency. If unsure, get one route working first, then swap routes based on experience — don't import a large batch of configs at once.
What does the latency number mean?
Latency only reflects round-trip time; it isn't download speed. Video is affected more by bandwidth and packet loss, and a low-latency route with high loss will still stutter. Judge routes by actual playback and download experience — treat the latency figure as a reference only.
How fast do I need to be for 4K?
4K needs noticeably more bandwidth than 1080p and depends even more on route stability. Start at a lower resolution to confirm the route plays continuously, then step up to 4K. If it only stutters at peak hours, that's usually route congestion — changing route type helps more than changing region.
How many countries and routes are covered?
Currently 110+ countries / 150+ routes. The full list sits on the server page, grouped by region with cities and route types. The list changes with operations; the version on that page is authoritative.
What if the region I need isn't listed?
Open a ticket in the dashboard with your use case and the region; the request gets logged. In the meantime, use a route in a neighboring region — in most cases the only difference is latency.
Billing & Refunds
6 itemsHow is the monthly plan billed?
Three monthly tiers: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on your activation date. Pick by your actual monthly usage — there's no need to jump straight to the top tier.
What's the difference between a data pack and a monthly plan?
Data packs last until used up and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB. Monthly plans reset each month and suit steady use. Choose a monthly plan for consistent usage, a data pack for occasional heavy use.
How is a mid-cycle upgrade calculated?
On upgrade, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days; the amount shown on the dashboard checkout page is final. Check how many days are left in the current cycle before deciding whether to upgrade now or wait for the next cycle.
How do I request a refund?
30-day money-back guarantee. Submit your order details and reason in a dashboard ticket; it's handled under the refund policy, and you can follow progress in the same ticket.
Which payment methods are supported?
Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Pick one at checkout, then return to the dashboard to check your subscription status once payment completes.
What happens when my data runs out?
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. When it runs out you can wait for the next reset, upgrade your plan, or top up with a data pack. Data packs last until used and never expire — they don't reset when the month ends.
