From ¥9.9/month, with Alipay / WeChat / USDT payment and a 30-day no-questions-asked refund.
Six tiers are currently on sale: three monthly plans and three data packs. Prices, data allowances and billing methods are as stated in the table; on narrow screens, swipe sideways to see all columns.

Monthly plan data resets every month on your activation date; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the difference is prorated by the remaining days. Data packs are not billed by time — they last until used up and never expire.
Users with steady, roughly fixed monthly usage are better off with a monthly plan; those whose usage spikes and dips, or who only need it for business trips and project periods, are better off with a data pack. You can hold both at once — data is counted separately.

250GB per month · resets on activation date¥28/ month
500GB per month · resets on activation dateUsers who mostly browse, email and message, with the occasional video. The 60GB resets each month on your activation date; unused data does not roll over to the next month.
Users with several devices running at once, working by day and streaming by night. This tier balances capacity and price, and is the easiest to estimate correctly on a first subscription.
Households or small teams sharing an account, or users who keep streaming and downloads running for long stretches. It has the largest monthly allowance; if you upgrade from a lower tier mid-cycle, the difference is prorated by the remaining days.
Business trips, short projects, or occasional access to international sites. Buy once and use it until it runs out — it does not eat into your monthly plan allowance.
Users with irregular usage who would rather not renew every month. Buy once, then buy again whenever it runs out; however long the gap, the remaining data is unaffected.
Shared use by several people, or long-term downloads and backups. The large allowance means an over-heavy month doesn't have to wait for the next cycle to reset — it simply keeps drawing from the remaining balance.
Whichever you pick — monthly plan or data pack, any tier — the following is the same and is not tiered by price.
Covering major cities across Asia, Europe, North America and Oceania, with IEPL dedicated lines, relay and direct routes — pick whichever suits your use case.
The same account works on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux at the same time; no separate purchase per device.
Quantum encryption is used uniformly between client and route, regardless of tier — monthly plans and data packs alike.
Regional content for popular streaming platforms is labelled by platform, so you don't have to test routes one by one.
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and similar tools run over direct routes, cutting the waiting caused by extra hops.
Monthly plans and data packs share the same refund terms; the request form is in the tickets section of the user panel.
All three payment methods are available on the order page — just follow the on-screen prompts to pay.
A username and password are all that's required — you land in the panel and pick a tier right away.
Same routes, same clients — the only differences are how you're billed and how long the data lasts.

Ordering, payment and activation all happen inside the user panel — no third-party page or extra details required.
Alipay
Choose Alipay on the payment page, then scan the code or follow the redirect to pay. Once payment is done, return to the panel to check the order status.
Likewise, choose WeChat on the payment page and scan the code as prompted. The order status updates in the orders section of the panel — no separate message needed to confirm.
USDT
After choosing USDT, transfer the amount shown on the page and return to the panel to wait for the order status to update. On-chain confirmation takes a little time; don't place a duplicate order in the meantime.
