Terms of Service

This page sets out the scope and billing of the Mobile VPN service from VPNSJ, the rules for accounts and subscriptions, acceptable use requirements, availability and the limits of liability, and how account termination and changes to these terms are handled. Please read it in full before you start; using the service means you agree to the terms below.

1. Service Content and Scope

The Mobile VPN from VPNSJ is a cross-border network access service: once a subscription is imported into the client, users can choose nodes from 110+ countries / 150+ routes to reach international websites and overseas services. The client runs on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, and there is no limit on how many devices can be online at once under one account.

Subscriptions are billed by period. The current tiers are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB; traffic resets every month on the activation date, and if you upgrade mid-cycle the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Data packs are also available at ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB — use them up at your own pace, they never expire. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

The service provides network access and route scheduling only; it does not create, edit or act as the proxy for the specific content users access. Subscription URLs and clients are obtained after signing in to the user panel and are not distributed through third-party channels.

2. Account and Subscription Rules

Accounts are registered with a username and password; no email address is required. You are responsible for looking after your credentials and subscription link. The service does not compensate for traffic consumed because you shared them, because someone else used your device, or because your credentials leaked.

There is no limit on simultaneous devices under one subscription, but it is for the account holder's own use only. The following fall outside the scope of authorization: reselling, renting out or lending the subscription or subscription link; sharing one account among several people; bulk account registration; using scripts to scrape route lists or sending high-frequency requests to the servers.

Where the above occurs, the service may suspend or terminate the subscription concerned and reserves the right to pursue the matter further. If you are unsure whether your intended use is authorized, open a ticket in the user panel to confirm before you buy.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction and with the terms on this page, and use the routes only for lawful cross-border access needs. The service must not be used to: send spam or phishing content; scan, intrude into or attack other networks and systems; distribute illegal material or content that infringes the rights of others; or take part in any other activity that breaks local law.

Legal responsibility and consequences arising from a user's own conduct rest with that user. For accounts that clearly breach this section, the service may immediately suspend route access and, where necessary, terminate the account.

4. Availability and Limits of Liability

The service is provided as is, and no guarantee is made that routes will be available at any particular time, in any particular region or on any particular local network. Cross-border link quality depends on your local network, your ISP's egress, the access policies of the destination service and upstream route conditions; speed fluctuations at peak hours are normal.

The service is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, submarine cable faults, upstream data centre maintenance or changes in local network policy, but will restore service as quickly as possible and, where feasible, adjust or add routes. Scheduled maintenance is arranged for off-peak hours wherever possible.

To the extent permitted by law, the service's liability to a user for a given subscription is capped at the amount that user has actually paid for that subscription.

5. Account Termination

The service may suspend service or terminate an account in the following cases: breach of the account and subscription rules in Section 2; breach of the acceptable use requirements in Section 3; bulk registration using false information; attacks or abnormal requests against the servers; an account at risk of being compromised where ownership cannot be confirmed; a subscription left unrenewed for a long time after expiry.

Users may stop using the service at any time. For accounts terminated for violations, the remaining subscription time and data pack balances are not retained. Before closing your account voluntarily, check what is left on your data packs and subscription — once closed, the account and order records cannot be restored.

Closing an account, checking an order or appealing a termination is handled by opening a ticket in the user panel; tickets are the official channel.

6. Changes to These Terms, Refunds and Contact

The service updates these terms in line with business changes and legal requirements: the last-updated date is shown at the top of this page, and material changes are flagged in the user panel. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you may stop using the service and request a refund under the refund policy.

Billing and refund details live on separate pages: you can request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment — see the refund policy for how to apply and when the money arrives; prices and data packs are described on the plans page.

For account, order or route issues, submit a ticket through the user panel. Including your account name, the time the issue occurred and your client platform will speed things up.
