Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-10
This page sets out the refund rules, how to apply and how refunds are processed for VPNSJ (Mobile VPN) subscriptions and data packs, and applies to users who placed an order through this service. This page is the authoritative refund commitment: a full refund can be requested within 30 days of your first payment, no reason required.
Refund window
A full refund can be requested within 30 days of your first payment. The window starts when your first paid order is completed, applies to both monthly subscription and data pack orders, and no reason is required.
The refund window applies to the first paid order. If the same account requests a refund for a later renewal or an add-on data pack within the window, the request is handled case by case through a ticket and is not covered by the no-reason refund by default.
Order amounts are based on what was actually paid: monthly plans at ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB; data packs at ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB, valid until used up with no expiry.
Covered and not covered cases
Covered
- Monthly subscription or data pack orders within 30 days of your first payment.
- Little or none of the order's data allowance has been used, or it was only used to verify connectivity.
- The account is in good standing and has not been restricted for breaching the Terms of Use.
Not covered
- Orders placed more than 30 days after your first payment.
- A large share of the order's data allowance has been used — for example, most of a data pack is gone, or the current month's subscription allowance is nearly used up.
- The account was used for resale, rental or other commercial purposes, or was restricted or banned for other breaches of the Terms of Use.
- The same order has been submitted more than once, or the same account has already received a no-reason refund.
Orders outside the no-reason refund can still be explained in a ticket; the order records and data usage are reviewed manually before a decision is given.
How to apply and what to include
- Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request in the tickets section. No email address is required to register; tickets are the most direct channel inside your account, so check back for replies after submitting.
- In the ticket, state your username, order number, payment method and payment time. If you paid with USDT, also include the sending address and the network used.
- A brief reason for the request (optional). The reason does not affect the no-reason refund; it is only used to improve routes and the service.
- Wait for the review result. Requests with complete information are handled in the order they were submitted; if information is missing, the request is returned for you to add it and then re-enters the queue.
Before submitting, check the order status and data usage in the panel's overview and orders pages — matching details can save a round trip.
Processing time and refunds to the original method
- Once approved, the refund is returned via the original payment method and is not converted into another plan or data pack.
- Processing time depends on the payment channel; after submitting, you can track progress in the corresponding Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT record.
- After the refund is completed, the remaining allowance of the subscription or data pack on that order is cancelled; the account itself is kept and you can still sign in to view past orders.
- The refund amount is based on the amount actually paid for the original order.
Differences for specific payment methods
- Alipay: refunded to the Alipay account used for the original payment. If that account is no longer available, explain the situation in the ticket; the refund is processed once the receiving method is confirmed.
- WeChat Pay: refunded to the WeChat Pay account used for the original payment, following the same process as Alipay.
- USDT: refunded to the original sending address, so please state the sending address and network type in the ticket. An incorrect address will cause the refund to fail, and the address must be reconfirmed before processing; on-chain transfers follow the record at the time of payment.
Relationship with other terms
This page forms part of the Terms of Use and, together with the Privacy Policy, sets out the rules for the service. The plans page, help centre and this page are consistent; if wording differs, this page prevails for refund matters.
When the policy changes, the last-updated date at the top of this page is revised; orders already paid are handled under the terms in effect at the time of payment.
For further clarification, submit a ticket from the user panel; to check current prices and data allowances, see plans and data packs.
